How do I activate my patient portal?

We partner with HINT as our electronic medical record. They have a self-service patient portal to view invoices, member information, memberships, and update payment information. For security purposes, this is accessed through a secure link sent from hint and that link is only valid for 30 days. If you would like to get a new link to the patient portal please email info@blueoceanfamilymedicine.com

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

Using the patient portal, you can view all of your receipts. You can request access as listed above. You can also call or text the office at (615) 266-6465 to request a copy of your receipt.

Where can I get my labs drawn?

We have certified phlebotomists on our staff and schedule appointments right here in our office. We have partnered with LabCorp for blood draws, and if you would prefer to visit any of their locations, that is also an option. You can see the locations and hours here.
