How do I activate my patient portal?

We partner with HINT as our electronic medical record. They have a self-service patient portal to view shared clinical information, invoices, member information, memberships, and update payment information. You can access the portal here: https://blueoceanfamilymedicine.hint.com/login/request

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

Using the patient portal, you can view all of your receipts. You can request access as listed above. You can also call or text the office at (615) 266-6465 to request a copy of your receipt.

Where can I get my labs drawn?

We perform phlebotomy in the office and send labs off to PathGroup and LabCorp for our member pricing on labs. If you wish to use your insurance, we recommend having your blood drawn at either a local LabCorp or PathGroup. Lab orders can be obtained by reaching out to Dr. Lofley through text, call, email, or during an office visit.
